Most of the people who read my blog are family members and already know about my sister, Danette and her cute little family in Texas. They live about 90 miles North of Galveston and survived the recent hurricane. Their house is fine and they are fine which is the good news. But they are now without power and water. They don't know how long it will be before they get these things back. Fortunately Chad's parents live about a 25 minute drive away and they have a well on their property, but with the gas supply limited to none available, they can't be driving back and forth to their house. They are definitely better off than some. They have a small fresh water supply, but the scary thing is they just don't know how long they will be without power and water. So if you can spare a prayer for them and the many others who have been affected by this hurricane, that would be great. We love you Chad and Danette and wish we could offer you more than prayers!
